Contract Formation
1.1 Below, we explain how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
1.2 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
1.3 To order products through our website or by any other method, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We will treat each order as an offer to purchase products or services subject to these terms and conditions.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. A contract between us will only be formed when we send you an Order Confirmation.
Your Privacy and Personal Information
2.1 Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Products
3.1 Description of Products/Warranty and Liability: We warrant that products will correspond to their description at the time of delivery. However, product specifications may vary. Full details are available from the manufacturer’s brochures and websites.
3.2 If you are a consumer, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
3.3 Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will contact you if a product is out of stock for more than 14 days.
Delivery
4.1 We aim to meet delivery dates but cannot guarantee them. Delivery is to the Customer's address (UK only). Additional charges apply for deliveries outside the UK.
4.2 You will receive an email with a tracking number when your products are shipped.
4.3 If you are a consumer and we miss a guaranteed delivery date, you may cancel your order under certain conditions.
Title and Risk
5.1 You are responsible for the products once delivery has taken place.
5.2 Title of ownership will not pass to you until all products have been paid for in full.
Faulty Products
6.1 If you believe a product is faulty, contact us immediately. We may refer you to the manufacturer for further assistance.
6.2 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
Notification of Claims
7.1 Report any damage within 2 working days. Do not dispose of packaging.
7.2 Report shortages within 2 working days.
7.3 Report incorrect or additional items within 2 working days.
7.4 Report non-deliveries within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
Product Guarantees
8.1 All products are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee for at least 12 months.
Refunds
9.1 Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order.
9.2 You will receive an email notification when a refund is processed.
9.3 Faulty products returned within 30 days will be refunded in full, including the original carriage charge.
Termination
10.1 We may terminate the contract if you fail to make a payment on time or breach the contract in a material way.
10.2 Termination does not affect our right to receive any money owed.
Consumer Right of Return and Refund
11.1 As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
11.2 To exercise the right to cancel, notify us by email or post within the cancellation period.
11.3 If you cancel, you must return the products to us within 28 days.
Cancellation for Business Customers
12.1 This clause does not affect your right to cancel within the initial cooling-off period.
12.2 A 25% fee applies to cancellations after invoicing.
12.3 Products must be returned in as-new condition.
Services
13.1 Training services are provided under these terms and conditions.
13.2 We aim to meet performance dates but cannot guarantee them.
13.3 We will wait until the 14-day cancellation period is over before starting services unless you request otherwise.
Customer Obligations
14.1 You must cooperate with us, provide necessary access, and ensure information is accurate.
14.2 You are responsible for any costs or losses arising from your failure to meet obligations.
Payment
15.1 Prices are listed on our website and exclude delivery costs.
15.2 Payment is due when placing an order.
15.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on unpaid invoices.
15.4 VAT is payable on all transactions.
Intellectual Property Rights
16.1 All intellectual property rights in the services are owned by us.
16.2 All promotional materials are our exclusive property or the rights holder which we use with their consent.
