Defibs Direct: Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Shipping and Delivery Information

We only ship to UK addresses. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. Please check your junk email folder for both the confirmation and dispatch emails.

Below are the details of our delivery options and methods. In the case of force majeure, Defibs Direct cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

 

Free Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders over £100.00

  • We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days.

  • Please note: This is not always possible. Occasionally, we face longer lead times and delays.

  • Items on our Free Delivery Service are sent via Royal Mail or APC. You will receive a Royal Mail or APC tracking number to track your delivery on the relevant website.

 

Standard UK Delivery

  • Orders under £100.00 incur a delivery charge of £6.95.

  • We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days.

  • Please note: This is not always possible. Occasionally, we face longer lead times and delays.

  • Items on this service are sent via Royal Mail or APC. You will receive a Royal Mail or APC tracking number to track your delivery on the relevant website.

 

Shipping to Extended Area Postcodes

  • We offer standard shipping to extended area postcodes.

  • A surcharge is added for shipping products to these areas.

  • To find out if your address is listed as an extended area postcode, please contact the Defibs Direct team on info@defibsdirect.co.uk, and one of our team will advise further.

 

Shipping to the Channel Islands

  • We are able to ship goods to the Channel Islands under a standard delivery method.

  • Shipping to the Channel Islands incurs a surcharge on all products.

 

Shipping to Ireland

  • Please be aware that import charges may apply.
